- Categories Experiential Learning Activities, Field Trips
- Date 10 January, 2025
As Lunar New Year approaches, families are gathering for reunions and enjoying dishes from various countries. Hot pot is one of the popular dishes that is widely favored.
To enrich the life experiences of young children, our school is organizing a “K2 Hot Pot Day” event, allowing children to personally prepare hot pot. They will engage in tasks such as purchasing ingredients, cleaning them, enjoying the meal, and tidying up afterwards, working together to complete the process.
This not only enhances their extracurricular knowledge and understanding of different culinary cultures but also allows them to experience the joy of collaboration and gathering with their peers.
Our school also hosted a “Mid-Autumn Night Exploration” event. With parents leading our children with lanterns, we walk through streets and alleys of Cheung Chau, completing tasks while leisurely strolling. The evening conclude with fun and exciting games, bringing a perfect ending to the night.
