Laying Foundation for Future Learning

KMKG is a non-profit-making school and is co-founded by Hong Kong Vernacular Normal School Alumni Association and Kwok Man School: Cheung Chau Wai Chiu County, Cheung Chau Po On Society and Cheung Chau Tung Koon Association in August 2013.

We prioritize a balanced development of the five areas of education and our curriculum is designed according to the development of children, which incorporates biliteracy and trilingual activities to foster their learning interests.

We believe in developing students’ potential via diverse learning activities, cultivating them into lively, confident, responsible children with independent thinking skills and laying a solid foundation for their future learning.

Project Approach and Spiral Curriculum

We adopt a thematic and inquiry-based teaching approach to nurture students’ knowledge, attitudes, and skills. Our spiral curriculum is complemented by outdoor learning activities to strengthen understanding and foster curiosity.

Language Excellence and Joyful Learning

To enhance biliteracy and trilingual proficiency, we employ native English and Putonghua teachers. We also encourage students to participate in community events, performances, and competitions to boost confidence and broaden horizons.

Strong Home-School Partnership

Our school values individualized learning and continuous assessment to support each child’s growth. Through Parent-Teacher Days, educational seminars, and an active Parent-Teacher Association, we work closely with families to nurture the next generation.

Our School has installed different facilities to support the growth of our child, including but not limited to indoor playground, music room, large muscle room, language room, art room, climbing wall, rope net, climbing structure and reading corner.
